Digital Media Supervisor

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As a small agency, we are looking for a Media Supervisor that is self-motivated and

passionate about digital. Digital media moves fast, so someone who can think on their

feet and work well with clients is a must. 

Along with being an extension of a clients marketing team to achieve their goals, DNW

partners with multiple brand/creative/strategy agencies.  It is important to help take the

vision from clients and agency partners and turn it into media plans that have the best

chance for success.  Media cannot work in isolation which makes group communication

skills a premium trait.

Day to day as a Supervisor, you will help plan, execute, and report on digital media

campaigns. All the work will be in conjunction with the client's goals so being able to

optimize and adapt quickly is imperative.  At DNW we manage in platform campaigns

across paid search, social, display, and video so previous work with Google

Ads/Facebook is a plus. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Take approved budgets and create go-to-market media plans.

· Provide platform and targeting recommendations to clients for campaigns.

· Manage campaign performance daily reviewing pacing and overall campaign health.

· Create weekly reports that outlines the campaign performance based on the client KPIs.

· Provide recommendations based on reporting.

· Assure tracking is in place properly by helping facilitate or place pixels.

· Present new opportunities for growth to the client when applicable.

· Provide creative best practices, specs, and POV to clients/agency partners on

how to best execute approved media plans.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3+ years of digital media experience with some time spent working in a platform

(Google, FB, etc…)

· Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics)

· Past work as a point of contact with clients

· Ability to present media plans with a POV on the strategic direction

· Passion for the industry and trends

· Effective communication skills via email, web conference calls and in-person meetings
